Find A Room
We make it easy to find us – our rooms are on all the popular rental sites. We are always happy to answer questions, show you videos of our spaces, and set up in-person walkthroughs of our apartments. We never charge you any fees. Monthly rent is all you ever pay.
Find A Match
After you’ve fallen in love with your room, we present you with potential roommate matches. We pride ourselves on the quality of our renters. Each roommate you share your space with has been thoroughly vetted by our team. After you meet your potential roommate, you both let us know if it’s a fit.
Move In!
It is that easy. Once you’re matched, the room is yours for as long as you like – we only ask for 3 months notice if you’d like to leave. You’re also never responsible for your roommate’s space or your roommate’s share of the rent.
